Xbox Live gamers will be glad to hear that Codemasters' TOCA Race Driver is to get an update which will give it full online play, as part of it's Xbox Classics re-release.


A newly created Xbox Live mode will give access to 12 player racing, both online and via System Link, and see's all 42 cars, 12 championships and 38 world circuits unlocked from the outset.

Standard features such as Quick Match, Optimatch will be supported, along with complete Friends List capabilities, and the always-popualar voice chat which will let you hear opponents in the nearest two cars - ideal for when you're following close on someones tail, or just been rammed off in to a gravel trap and want to make your thoughts known.


The Xbox Live enabled TOCA Race Driver, priced at an absoloute must-have 29.99, will be released as part of the Xbox Classics range from late October.
