Dutch software developer and producer Davilex, has today announced that their US Racer title will make use of NDL’s NetImmerse engine.

US Racer follows on in the series from London Racer and also their river based Thames Racer, and will see gamers taking part in arcade style illegal street races in eight major American cities, and also off-road trails through settings such as the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone and Yosemite national parks.

The title will be the first from Davilex to use the NetImmerse engine, and has seen the title developed in only 6 months. The engine has also been used in other PC titles, including The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and Star Trek Bridge Commander.
