Microsoft have launched a new Xbox Live promotion, offering gamers the chance to get a free game, simply for getting friends to sign up for the service.

On offer are a number of titles ranging from some of the classics which helped to make Xbox Live popular such as Midtown Madness 3 and Project Gotham 2, to more recent releases including RalliSport Challenge 2 and Fable - which ironically is only "Live Aware" and doesn't feature online play.

Other titles available as part of the promotion include Top Spin, Links 2004, Ninja Gaiden, Counter Strike, Sudeki and Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, and you can take part until the end of January 2005 by visiting the website.
