Konami have released new screenshots and details of their PlayStation 2 motorsports title Enthusia - Professional Racing.

Racing games are hardly short to come by, and it's a fairly packed genre with many titles doing very little new from the rest of the competition, so with that in mind a number of extra features are being promised by Konami.

Since being shown at E3 earlier this year the game has received a tweaked "Virtual Gravity System", which is used to add a touch of extra realism by giving gamers the ability to know where the most pressure is being put on their vehicle due to G-forces, and stresses on each of the car's tyres - allowing for faster and more accurate cornering.

Controls which are claimed to be "utterly realistic" are also said to feature in the game, with the R1 button giving you the ability to use the side brake, and use of the clutch on the L1 button, allowing for different styles of drifts to easily be pulled off.

Enthusia Professional Racing is due for release on the PlayStation 2 in 2005, and you can pre-order it now from Amazon.co.uk.
