Atari have released a set of new screenshots revealing aspects of the Wild West theme, which makes up one of the five park styles available in Rollercoaster Tycoon 3.

The ever popular Wooden Roller Coaster, Mine Train, and Spinning Wild Mouse will make up the seven specially themed rollercoasters which will be available for use alongside thrill rides such as an electronic bucking bull, TNT Vortex and a mine shaft drop ride.

Saucy Sal's wild west show will give your park visitors shoot outs and balcony diving action with bottles being broken over cowboys heads like only the cheesy Western storylines would allow.

Other themed attractions will include a Steeple Chase ride with horse shaped vehicles, a dangerous canyon and disaster rockslide - made all the more realistic by scenery including barbed wire, tin shacks, wooden benches and miners lamps.

Money is what makes the Tycoon world go round, and it's the shops which lets you bring in much needed cash to fund new rides in your park, so thankfully you'll be able to sell cowboy hats, American-Indian head dresses, western themed burgers and steaks, candy shaped like golden nuggets.
