Microsoft have revealed their Xbox 360 on a new website, which they launched to coincide with their official announcement about the new console on MTV in America tonight. website

The website, at currently provides users with a way to signup to the Xbox 360 community to receive email updates, and a couple of zoomable images of the hardware, giving the first real up-close views of the sleek new console and wireless control pad.

Meanwhile the standard website is giving further information about the games which will be available for Xbox 360, and lists Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo: Elements of Power, Gears of War, and Project Gotham Racing 3 all as being first party titles, with EA's Need for Speed Most Wanted and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06, alongside UbiSoft's Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 3 all being in development for the machine.

The standard website also confirms the news that everyone has been wanting to know - Xbox 360 will launch globally by Christmas 2005 in North America, Europe, and Japan, and sometime during 2006 in other areas of Asia Pacific and Latin America.
