Nintendo have announced two new Gamecube bundles this evening, both of which are due to go on sale in the UK during November.

A "Mario Kart: Double Dash!! Platinum Pak" will see a Platinum coloured Gamecube and a copy of the game available from November 5th priced at a highly reasonable £79, whilst on November 12th a "Pokémon Colosseum Pak" will follow, which will feature a black Gamecube, Memory Card 59 and a copy of Pokémon Colosseum.

Only last week Nintendo announced a huge line-up of titles for their Player's Choice range, with a number of titles including The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, F-Zero GX, Mario Party 5, FIFA Football 2004, Sonic Heroes, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Resident Evil 0 and Spider-Man The Movie all bolstering the cutprice selection.

The new low pricing for both Gamecube hardware and games looks to be Nintendo's attempt to compete against Sony and Microsoft, both of which have also announced recent offers as part of the fierce pre-Christmas sales period.
