Eidos Interactive have announced that they're auctioning off bits of Lara, for charity.

screenThe auction, which is set to take place from April 26th for ten days, will take place on eBay, and features the original Lara Croft outfit, and includes everything from Lara's green rubber all-in-one vest and military-style shorts, to the twin Smith and Wesson automatic replica pistols and leather holsters.

The outfit also comes with Lara’s circular sunglasses, open-backed leather gloves, woollen calf-length socks, and a certificate of authenticity signed by Nell McAndrew and representatives from Eidos, Core and UNICEF.

Nell McAndrew wore the outfit on the Tomb Raider world tour during 1998 and 1999, and it's being replaced with an all new outfit to coincide with the new Angel of Darkness game which Eidos announced last month, making even more of a collectors item.

All money raised from the auction is going to UNICEF United Nations Children’s Fund, and Jeremy Heath-Smith of Core Design, told us "This outfit is one of the most desired items in computer game history. We hope it will raise a substantial amount of money for a very worthwhile cause".
